- The phone number(s) you report as having called or texted you
- Any additional details you choose to share in an open message field

- TCPA Lawsuit does not select, recommend, guarantee, or endorse any particular attorney as the "best" choice for your situation; any attorney who contacts you does so independently and at their own discretion
- Submitting your information is not a guarantee that any attorney will accept your matter, that you have a valid claim, or of any particular outcome or amount of compensation
We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
Confidentiality
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you submit. However, because your information is intended to be shared with independent, participating attorneys as described above, we cannot promise complete confidentiality, submitting a form means your information will be shared with at least one third-party attorney or firm for evaluation of your potential claim.
Your choices
You are never required to use this website to seek legal help, you're free to contact an attorney of your own choosing directly at any time. You may also request that we stop using your information for further matching by contacting us at the email below. If you no longer wish to be contacted by a specific attorney or firm you were connected with, you'll need to contact that attorney or firm directly, as we do not control their independent communications with you once a connection is made.
Data retention
We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary to facilitate potential attorney connections and to maintain records of consent and disclosures provided at the time of submission.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the age of 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page is the version in effect at any given time.
